It might not happen on this week's episode of Raw, but John Cena will send out a challenge to The Undertaker for WrestleMania 34 at some point soon. Cena has hinted at that match for a while now, and the disappointment on his face after being eliminated from the Chamber by Braun Strowman was similar to 'Taker's own crestfallen look after losing to Roman Reigns at 'Mania 33.

WWE are lining up the pieces here. Cena, by appearing like he can't get the job done in the bigger matches anymore, is mimicking The Undertaker's own struggles against father time. In New Orleans, it seems like we're heading for some kind of "Last Ride" scenario. Either Cena wins and redeems himself, or The Undertaker buries him further into despair.

Oh boy, this is all pretty dramatic, isn't it?

Scrape away that hyperbole and it becomes clear WWE feel they need another major attraction to help solidify 'Mania 34's card. Reigns vs. Lesnar, Rousey in tag-team action, Nakamura vs. Styles and Asuka vs. Bliss seemingly aren't enough.
