6 Reasons Why WWE Badly Needs An Off-Season

6. For The Health Of The Roster

This one is the easiest to understand out of all the reasons we€™ll be listing. If you lessen the amount of dates a talent is required to work, you limit the wear and tear on their body and potentially extend their careers by a significant amount. Take a look at the amount of wrestlers who are shelved for long periods of time to injuries, and oftentimes much of those are the result of cumulative damage. Daniel Bryan in particular would likely be in far better shape had his body not been put through the ringer due to the hectic schedule he works and the aggressive style he employs. And for those with minor, nagging ailments, the period of inactivity would grant them ability to rest up and heal without having to miss any scheduled appearances, which is taboo in the world of wrestling. Preserving the health of the roster should be a top priority considering they€™re the literal backbone of the business, so this entry is a no-brainer.
