6 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Sept 30)

5. The Best Shotzi Has Looked

Twitter streams are starting to fill up with mild complaints about the fact that Shotzi turned babyface, brought the tank back as part of her entrance then lost her first singles match since turning. However, she lost to Bayley, and...Bayley is a major star.

Nobody should have any beef with that.

This was the best Shotzi has looked since jumping from NXT to SmackDown. She's clearly more comfortable in the face role (scrapping from underneath suits her style rather than leading the bout with extended heel beatdown sections), and Bayley's poise obviously helped here too.

Now, Shotzi can concentrate on explaining why she's teaming with Raquel Rodriguez, then challenging for the Women's Tag Titles. This segment kept that moving, and it also kept Bayley's issues with Bianca Belair purring along too.

No complaints.
