UPS…

6. Stuff Happens

WWE Raw LA Knight Jimmy Uso
WWE

On the flip side of the Women’s Tag Team Championship match has to be LA Knight versus Jimmy Uso, which was another “series of moves” match.

However, both men pretty much discarded with any notion of a match and just laid into each other, which fit the story between them. Knight rammed Jimmy’s head into the announce desk repeatedly. Uso suplexed LA on the apron. Knight spiked Uso with a DDT and hit a powerslam, but Jimmy connected with a Samoan Drop and a few thrust kicks throughout the match.

All of this gave way to Solo Sikoa making his way to ringside, presumably to give his answer to Jacob Fatu from SmackDown… but delivered a spike to Jimmy, allowing Knight to get the win.

If nothing else, the match furthered two stories: Knight’s burgeoning battle against Bloodline 2.0, and the Bloodline’s attempt to reconcile with Solo and bring him back into the fold. That’s not to say either storyline is an award-winning angle, but they at least were economical in tying this up in a 12-minute match.
