6 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Raw (Dec 12 - Review)

5. Styles, Gable Have Fun Little Match

Newsflash: AJ Styles and Chad Gable are both good at wrestling, so if you put them in a match together, chances are they’ll deliver a pretty good match.

The two locked up Monday night after Styles and the OC mocked Gable & Otis’ troubles with Kurt Angle & Gable Steveson on SmackDown. The match wasn’t a long one, but was enough that we got to see some mat wrestling, counters, submission trades, and a couple highspots before AJ nailed the Styles Clash for the win.

While there wasn’t much to this match, sticking a good, relatively short bout out there to entertain – and even this lame crowd reacted – is always a good thing.
