3. Time's Ups For Santos Escobar

Earlier in the night, Scarlett demanded a match be set-up between Karrion Kross and Santos Escobar, with William Regal obliging and making the battle official for next week.

Trying his best to gain an advantage, or perhaps even stave off having to take on the 'Bringer of Doomsday', Escobar then ordered Legado del Fantasma to attack Kross backstage. This went about as well as you'd expect as it later became clear that the former NXT Champion had decimated the attempted muggers.

Kross soon advised the NXT Cruiserweight Champion to do the job himself if he wanted it done right, just as he had moments before. The formidable force then signed off by revealing he would do the exact same thing to his rival next week in their sure-to-be-excellent showdown.

Judging from this unsettling scene, time may well and truly be up for the all encompassing 'Emperor of Lucha Libre'...
