D-Bry finally got his moment in the early stages of the short-lived Reality Era, winning the unified world title in 2014. As you might recall, however, the years leading up to that monumental triumph were filled with suffering, for both Bryan and his legions of fans.

For the longest time, The American Dragon was billed as a B+ player - so much so that the persona filtered over into the weekly programming. Who could forget such moments as the super babyface cashing in Money In The Bank on Big Show, after the giant had been so supportive of Bryan in the weeks prior? How about the time he beat John Cena clean for the WWE title before Randy Orton slithered in with his briefcase and Authoritied his way to the top?

Remember when he beat Orton to regain the belt, only to have it vacated the next night for no reason? Yeah, this was a rough time for Bryan; such a talent being fed to the usual big stars was a travesty. Fortunately, everything turned out for the best when Bryan took out three-quarters of Evolution in one glorious night at WrestleMania XXX.
