6 Wrestlers Who Could Be WWE Raw's Next Babyface

2. Cesaro

What more does the Swiss Strongman have to do in order to open the eyes of WWE creative?

Cesaro has consistently been the most exciting performer on RAW since the brand split, has reinvigorated the practically dead career of Sheamus, kept the tag team division afloat, and even put up with the complete inability of Enzo Amore to perform even the most basic of wrestling matches.

The live audience is desperate for Cesaro to be the top guy in the same way that hardcore fans are. WWE is running dangerously close to sitting on the pot a little too long with him, and if the chance was to be completely missed, it may well go down in history as one of the biggest mistakes the company has made.

Cesaro is built like a monument and can outwrestle any individual on the roster. He may not be the greatest promo in the world, but the argument that this is what stops him from being a top guy is immediately null and void when one looks at the promo work of Reigns, Seth Rollins and other main event performers in the company.

Cesaro is ready. Cesaro has been ready for a long time.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
