6 Wrestlers Who Could Be WWE Raw's Next Babyface

3. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn is the number one healthy babyface on the RAW roster, as things stand. In the minds of certain individuals that position may well go to Roman Reigns - but everyone watching the shows knows that this isn't the truth. Reigns is a tweener at best, and with Rollins and Bálor injured, and Goldberg and The Undertaker strictly part-time, the number one spot falls on none other than The Underdog from the Underground.

Sami Zayn is a performer of such talent that he certainly deserves to be positioned in that slot. The problem right now is that the man has been booked like such a geek over the last few weeks that it is difficult to accept him as such.

WWE has proven in the past that it can rehabilitate just about any performer, and there is only a little amount of work needed to be done with Zayn in order to make him a legitimate top babyface.

One can't help but feel like his time is in the future, but if the cap fits...

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
