6 Wrestling Autobiographies That Need To Be Published
2. Vince McMahon
"Out of touch" or not, Vincent Kennedy McMahon has done more for WWE than anybody could ever have anticipated when he took control of the company from his father. Known as an announcer prior to his promotion, McMahon had some big shoes to fill, but he exceeded all expectations. He went on to take the company to unforeseen heights during the Attitude Era, in a bid to edge ahead of WCW in the Monday Night Wars. We know of so many different quirks and preferences Vince McMahon has when he looks at the wrestling industry, for example his infatuation with huge, gladiator-like behemoths as opposed to the more obviously gifted, yet smaller performers. We've heard them all from multiple sources, but it would be great to finally hear some explanation right from the horse's mouth, were Vince ever to write a book on his experience as the WWE Chairman. He could tell stories about growing up with Vince McMahon Sr. as his father, his rivalries with Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and even Donald Trump, the Montreal Screwjob, and most importantly the birth of WrestleMania, arguably McMahon's greatest contribution to WWE, even if he didn't come up with the name himself. McMahon is a billionaire (at least on paper) for a reason, and so a book would be a great way to let fans get a glimpse into his mindset.
