7 Matches That Must Happen At NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn

6. Aleister Black Vs. Eric Young

Eric Young and SAnitY are fast becoming somewhat irrelevant. The purpose of the group isn't entirely clear. All four members are doing a fine job, but the quartet seem to have stagnated already. Killian Dain's WrestleMania momentum has been squandered, Nikki Cross is almost ready to break out on her own, and Alexander Wolfe is also there.

Eric Young's job may well now be to lose to babyfaces in early matches at TakeOver events. NXT is worryingly short on credible heels right now, meaning EY is probably going to be conveyor belted through the faces until reinforcements arrive.

Aleister Black may not be a traditional babyface, but he is almost certainly popular enough to find himself on that side of the fence. The aesthetic similarities of SAnitY and Black are fairly clear, and as such it would be somewhat surprising if they didn't work together at some point. Brooklyn may well be the place, with Black picking up a win before heading off to pastures new.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
