Stephanie Vaquer’s run-in during the Women’s Tag Title match says she’s back to 100%, and that's fab news. Michael Cole and Wade Barrett noted on commentary that she didn’t have the walking boot she’d been wearing on. So, Stephanie defending her Women’s World Title vs. Raquel Rodriguez is coming, and about time too..

The reigning Women's World Champ hasn’t wrestled since the 29 December 2025 episode of Raw. That means this is a welcome boost for WWE. Vaquer didn’t want to miss too much time in-ring during ‘Mania season anyway. That could've been a disaster for her, and we all know what Triple H does when workers get injured for any length of time.

That title didn't need another vacation, let's be honest.

Kudos to the writers and Raquel herself for turning Rodriguez from a going-nowhere heavy who barely got reactions into someone who could plausibly take the gold from Steph. That's unlikely to happen, but the Judgment Day muscle is coming across as a real difference maker these days. Sometimes, it takes workers a while to bed in and find their groove, eh?

Vaquer vs. Rodriguez has undercard at Elimination Chamber in February written all over it, which is fine. That'll give Stephanie enough time to wrestle a few tune up bouts on TV heading into that PLE. It really is magic to see her sprinting out there and getting properly physical again without being restricted by a big ol' moon boot.

Beating a challenger as threatening as Raquel will do her good before WWE focuses on Vaquer's 'Mania story.
