It's not a good time to come back to WWE right now. The hot season is from January to April. It's also hot in July and August. Every other period is a risk in terms of coming back at the right time. Batista knows that. It's why he returned to WWE a week before the Royal Rumble earlier this year. He could have come back towards the end of 2013 if he wanted, but he knew and WWE knew that it's better to wait for the right time. The period from September to December is traditionally the most difficult for WWE. Not only is it a long way from WrestleMania, but with the NFL back in season and other television shows running new episodes the competition for viewers is the toughest that it will be all year. If he came back now perhaps he could be in some featured match at Survivor Series, but it's not like that is a huge show anymore. It's become very average like all the other PPVs. His presence would help in terms of star power although when you consider his age he would be smarter to pick his spots. Batista will come back to WWE one day. He wants to end his career on the right note. Now is not the best time, but once we get to 2015 that might be when we see The Animal return.
