7 Things WWE Fans Wanted (Until They Got Them)
1. Seth Rollins As The Face Of WWE
Seth Rollins has been in the WWE main event scene for many years now, and for much of that time, he was a fan favorite. In 2019, he won the Royal Rumble and left WrestleMania as the Universal Champion. So, why does it feel like the worst time to be his fan?
Seth Rollins is a work rate machine, and that's a fact. He has occasionally shown himself to be a good promo as well. And yet, when in a company of the greats of the past during the Raw Reunion, he ended up looking like a total geek. When fighting Brock Lesnar, he had to resort to a low blow. And it seems like his greatest accomplishment, while being the supposedly top guy of the company, is who his on screen (and also in real life, didn't you know? Michael Cole probably didn't bring it up enough times) girlfriend is.
His conduct on social media and in interviews turned the tide against him even more. Now branded as a company shill, his reputation isn't at the place it was mere a couple of months ago. Who would have previously thought that Rollins could be the top champ and yet look weaker than ever?
