We finally get to three all three former members of The Shield in a match together for the first time (plus Randy Orton), and the WWE should really play off the history between the trio if they know what's good for them. The promotion has an infuriating tendency to conveniently forget continuity when it suits them, but Payback's main event surely deserves the full weight of prior events behind it. Much will (of course) be made of Rollins' WrestleMania cash-in at Reigns' expense, but fans will be hoping for video packages and promos detailing the full history of The Shield and their breakup. It would also be interesting to see a little more interaction between Ambrose and Reigns, given that no bad blood currently seems to exist between the two. It would be a welcome (if not exactly essential) ingredient to a match which, if all goes well, should be multi-layered and compelling throughout.
