6. That 'Guy Getting Rich' Interview

The mistakes continued on into 2015 in a big way. No, we're not talking about that Royal Rumble win (although when not even Dwayne Johnson can save you from being heckled out of the building, you know you're screwed), but instead one seemingly throwaway podcast appearance that same month.

Granting an interview to the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast mere days before winning the Rumble, Reigns agreed to address some boos that had started to ring out on Raw and SmackDown whenever he appeared. To say Roman chose his words poorly would be a gross understatement. This should not have aired.

Showing he could never be a politician, Roman flat out said that WWE would continue to present whatever they wanted on television regardless of fan opinion, then proceeded to remind everyone that he was "just a guy getting rich".

That sounds more like Four Horsemen-era Ric Flair than people-pleasing heroism, doesn't it?
