Hop into your nearest time machine back to 8 December 2014 and you'll find an episode of Raw during which Roman Reigns wasn't booed. Shocking, we know, but it actually happened. Most impressively, Roman was receiving a Slammy Award for '2014 Superstar Of The Year' and people were happy to see him. The rot hadn't yet set in.

Check the response to Reigns when he came through the curtain (looking like a more-dashing version of Khal Drogo in Game Of Thrones), then compare it to the muted reaction when Roman acted like The Rock circa 1998 without the cool. Maybe palming off what was supposed to be a prestigious award voted for by fans as little more than a trinket wasn't your best move, Roman.

That's right, Reigns decided to rubbish the Slammy and declare it a stepping stone rather than an achievement. We get what he was trying to do here, but the execution was all wrong. Rather than coming across like a super-confident ass-kicker, Reigns acted more like a spoiled brat.
