7. This Worked (Despite The Obvious Outcome)

Tiffany Stratton is a main roster newbie, but the ex-NXT star looks so comfortable on SmackDown that one would think she's been hanging around on Friday nights for years. She's walking, talking proof that Shawn Michaels is doing great work when readying these men and women for bigger things.

No, there was nothing extraordinary about Tiffany vs. Zelina Vega on this week's show, but both women did well to maximise their minutes and WWE even laced in a sub-plot to keep things busy. Legado del Fantasma (2.0) got involved around ringside to keep their story simmering with the LWO.

The bout spotlighted that ongoing narrative and made Stratton look like the real deal. Obvious outcome or not, this Elimination Chamber qualifying clash had enough charm to keep things interesting. Hopefully, Tiffany doesn't get pushed down the pecking order once Jade Cargill arrives full-time.
