Jelly Roll The Mix Kit Wilson

Time to address a spooky elephant in the room. This guy predicted doom for Danhausen after his less-than debut at Elimination Chamber. In fact, to go one step further, this writer thought he'd already be demoted to NXT and start building his way back up from there. Not quite. Instead, the walking cartoon character has charmed everyone in some short, punchy segments backstage.

So, how does he tie in with Jelly Roll, The Miz and Kit Wilson? Well, Miz has been interacting with Danhausen across a couple of episodes now, and it's only a matter of time before something comes of it. Here, Jelly was on Miz TV and got physical with the host before staring down Wilson. Again, Danhausen will poke his grease-painted nose in soon enough.

Somehow, Jelly still cuts a better promo than 90% of pro wrestling. He’s so comfortable on the mic out there and doesn’t sound as though he’s delivering canned lines like most celebs who come into wrestling. To recap, the musician punched out The Miz following a verbal spat with Kit. He even found time to put Wilson’s gimmick over beforehand.

Jelly Roll and Danhausen vs. Miz and Kit would be one of the strangest tag matches ever before Mizhausen lands, but…is it weird that this guy is up for it?! It'd be a bold first step that'd get to SmackDown's next comedy duo (Miz and Mr. Hausen). Then, they can collide with Damian Priest and R-Truth for some extra laughs.

What a time to be alive.
