So it turns out that Stephanie McMahon wasn’t able to be on Raw Monday night, but she still made her presence felt… and it was a good thing.

The Miz announced that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were the newest members of the Raw roster, raising the question of how and why the formerly fired superstars who lost a match for a Raw roster spot last week now had jobs. That bought out GM Kurt Angle to protest, saying he didn’t make that decision.

Sami then read an e-mail from Stephanie overruling Angle, saying that he has a propensity for emotional decisions, so she was stepping in on this one. It was a perfect b**chy move from the Raw commissioner, having lost at WrestleMania to Angle and Ronda Rousey, exercising her authority from afar.
