6. Ricochet Carries Dom To Solid Match

The item headline might be a bit unfair: Dominik Mysterio has proven himself in recent months to be capable of holding his own in matches.

But Ricochet deserves credit for taking the younger Mysterio and plugging him into his formula and giving Dom a fair amount of offense along the way. Dirty Dom dominated large swaths of the match, only for Ricochet to make his comebacks with a flurry of eye-popping offense.

However, Ricochet wasn’t able to overcome interference from Rhea Ripley and JD McDonagh, finally falling to Mysterio, who rolled him up, grabbed the tights and put his feet on the ropes for good measure, just so you know he’s really a heel.

Ricochet got a measure of revenge on Dom and JD, which at least showed he had some agency and self-respect, rather than just rolling out of the ring and slinking to the back like a total loser. Still, it would be nice to see the One and Only string together a few wins to instill confidence in him as a threat.
