5. Asuka’s Trash-Talking Game Is Strong

Sure you can’t understand a word of it, but you have got to tip your cap to Asuka for her strong trash-talking during her matches.

The Empress of Tomorrow was having a good time during her Money in the Bank qualifying match against Ruby Riott Monday, dancing to Riott’s entrance music (and again later on top of the barricade) and spending the entire match jawing about seemingly anything.

In a silent arena filled only by the announcers, Asuka’s in-match banter comes through clearly, though it’s impossible to understand if you don’t speak Japanese. Still, it’s fun in a sense to imagine that she’s just mocking Riott and laying into her as she works over her arm.
