7 Worst Members Of The NWO

7. Dusty Rhodes

WWE.comWWE.comThe legendary Dusty Rhodes isn't here because he's a bad performer. Far from it. He's one of the best wrestlers ever and the guy that was a key force for the NWA/WCW being successful. Rhodes has one of the best minds in the history of wrestling. However, nobody in the NWO looked more out of place than him. What the NWO was supposed to represent was something hip and cool, yet they brought in this retired wrestler in his 50s that really didn't personify either of those things. What was the point? It seemed like they just did it to turn a regular babyface into a heel just as a way to surprise people. It's not a good surprise when it's a poorly done angle, though. Rhodes turned heel at NWO Souled Out 1998 by aligning with Scott Hall and turning on Larry Zbyszko. Rhodes ended up joining the NWO Wolfpac when the NWO split into two as he became the manager of sorts for Hall & Nash. Then he turned on the Wolfpac to join NWO Hollywood. It was all very confusing and definitely not a career highlight for the great Dusty Rhodes.
