7 Worst Possible Fates In AEW

2. Work With Brandi Rhodes

Despite delivering one of the best lines in AEW history to Jade Cargill, asking her, "Who in the hell told you tonight was open mic night, b**ch", Brandi Rhodes had something of a horror run in Tony Khan's company. A decent ring announcer for WWE and a valuable part of Cody Rhodes's run on the indies, Brandi couldn't quite find a place for herself in AEW.

Whoever's idea it was that Brandi would be perfect to front a spooky faction should be fired out of a cannon. The Nightmare Collective is a strong contender for the worst faction in AEW history. Ill-fitting and adding nothing to a roster that already featured Abadon, The Dark Order, and Darby Allin establishing themselves with Hot Topic-friendly aesthetics, this was just the start of the bad creative for Rhodes.

Brandi was a target for Dan Lambert in a poor feud that included getting into sporadic spats with former UFC competitor Paige VanZant, and Rhodes would also form a pointless and short-lived tag team with Allie, again adopting the Nightmare brand as The Nightmare Sisters. For such a talented and charismatic lady, it is fair to say that literally nothing Brandi Rhodes was involved with in AEW ended up working for her or anyone unlucky enough to be asked to work with her.
