8 HUGE WWE Day 1 2022 Predictions You Need To Know

5. The Usos (c) Vs. The New Day

It's been said a lot in the last couple of years that WWE output is a lot better when you don't watch most of WWE's output.

There aren't many matches that theoretically sell themselves quite as emphatically as The New Day Vs The Usos, with endless contests acting as evidence for the irrepressible chemistry between the two teams. But (and after the fat end of four years of this, there's allowed to be a but), the current ongoing weekly misadventures between the teams has been - for the lack of a better term - weak.

King Woods and Kofi Kingston were dismantled by Roman Reigns ahead of a Survivor Series victory over WWE Champion Big E, and though The Usos are perfectly pitched to absorb revenge attacks as 'The Tribal Chief's goons, they only provide passive redemption unless the titles change hands.

Never has a switch between the two sides felt more meaningless, but Xavier Woods might as well add some silverware to his new selection of royal refinery.

Winners - The New Day
