A few weeks ago, Enzo Amore suffered Daniel Bryan-levels of abuse from his employers despite once again making gin and juice with the mouldy lemons doled about by spiteful and vindictive company directives.

His situation took an odd turn as much due to an inadvertent intervention from Cruiserweight colleague Neville than because of a change of heart within an organisation determined to bully a merch-selling star out the side door. The jerked-around Geordie left of his own accord, causing panic so potent it convinced WWE to put the Cruiserweight Title on the profoundly useless Kalisto.

As bizarre as it seems to say, Sunday should now be the 'Smacktalker Skywalker's vindication. An excellent segment on Monday Night Raw saw the Cruiserweight Division's most villainous pack chase Enzo's stardom through him. Amore uttered 'GET THAT MONEY!' as Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari and Noam Dar did his dirty work, tying together the reality that he has actually brought fresh eyes to the ailing product.

On a show where there'll be endless great wrestling and a main event featuring topliners as talented bell-to-bell as the 205 flyers, there's never been such a relevant time for a mouthpiece like Enzo to steward the division. He's got personality far beyond any of his contemporaries, and you can't. Teach. That.
