8 Storylines For NXT Superstars Debuting In WWE

8. Tyler Breeze - The Ultimate Narcissist

Of all the gimmicks in NXT, Tyler Breeze's narcissistic persona is perhaps the one most tailor-made for the WWE main roster. His penchant for taking selfies during his entrance and matches makes him a relevant and easily-detestable heel in today's Instagram generation. This character would need absolutely no alteration to slip straight into the midcard and make an instant impact, but after a few weeks his antics would need ramping up. If the WWE gradually worsened Breeze's antics (taking selfies with unconscious opponents, jumping rivals backstage with a mirror, that sort of thing) he could easily become a detestable heel. After an opening run of wins, he would probably best be paired with a face capable of a mischievous streak - somebody like Kofi Kingston - who could turn his narcissistic personality against him. Imagine his rage if his phone was stolen from ringside, or if he were covered from head to toe in paint - typically silly stuff in this vein. This would also help keep light-hearted angles away from supposedly serious main card feuds, while still retaining their place on WWE programming. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KrtU9scvNk
