Similar to Carlito and Primo, the tag team scene on SmackDown was fairly depleted when Paul London and Brian Kendrick ran the joint from 2006 to 2007. Sure, they reigned as WWE Tag Team champions for nearly a year and that's certainly an impressive accolade, but most of their title defenses came against obscure tag teams every few months.

Once they dropped the straps to Duece N' Domino in early 2007, they accomplished next to nothing on the Raw brand, aside from a short-lived stint as World Tag Team champions. When Kendrick was drafted to SmackDown on his own, he was able to rejuvenate his singles career under a new moniker. However, London was released from the company shortly afterward.

Nearly a decade removed from their days as a tandem, Kendrick now finds himself back in the good graces of the company and as a member of Raw's newly rebranded Cruiserweight division. London has said in various interviews he hasn't spoken to him in over a year and has no desire to return to WWE any time soon, but today's tag team renaissance wouldn't be complete without a reunion of these two.
