3. A Superhero Returns
There are numerous commonalities between comic book heroes and the way WWE wrestlers are presented. For the past two years, WWE has made that clear by having a superhero on-hand at the Rumble.
Many caped crusaders have come and gone over the years, but the Connecticut-based powerhouse appears to have a fondness for two in particular.
The Hurricane and Mighty Molly were two of the more popular superhero 'rasslers during the early 2000s, and although they've been gone from the active roster for quite some time, the duo has had a real knack for convincing WWE bigwigs to let them in the Rumble.
After being in the first women's Royal Rumble, Holly returned to try her luck again in 2020. Following shortly behind, The Hurricane returned during the 2021 men's Rumble, although he served as more of a nostalgic let-me-up moment.
Who knows what Vince's obsession with incompetent superheroes is, but if this is going to be a thing, WWE might as well hold a separate battle royal just for all of them. There's enough of them to fill the match if you're willing to include Ricochet... if he's still a superhero.
