The WWE has a pretty big roster these days, and can't squeeze all its talent into one show. It also feels stagnant, recycling the same angles and using the same structure over and over. A solution to both of these problems would be the reintroduction of the brand split. Separating Raw and Smackdown into two exclusive brands would not only give the workers more of a chance to shine, with longer matches and promos to themselves, it would also provide the shake-up WWE so desperately needs at the moment. With so many NXT talents primed to explode onto the main roster, a brand split would also allow them to make a genuine impact on one show or the other, rather than attempting to gain attention on an incredibly overcrowded show. For the good of Raw (and the company as a whole), WWE needs to bring back the brand split. The wrestlers themselves have all the talent in the world, but must be given a platform on which to properly display it.
