Since its inception in 2019, All Elite Wrestling has made a positive difference to the business of professional wrestling. Giving new opportunities to performers and offering fans an alternative to the all-conquering WWE, Tony Khan has changed the global wrestling landscape for the better. It hasn't always been plain sailing, but when he's hit his heights, TK has given fans all over the world some exceptionally great stories and moments to savour.

In his early years, fans were delighted to have a new home away from the infuriating booking that Vince McMahon seemed to revel in. Khan has always felt like someone who truly cared about giving fans something new and exciting, and across these early years of AEW's existence, there are plenty of wrestlers who have found fame and existing superstars who have rediscovered their greatness under his creative watch.

Whether it's having the balls to book extreme moments that can only happen outside of Sports Entertainment, or having to deal with the most difficult of circumstances for his roster and fans, Tony Khan has brought a new lease of life to pro wrestling. These are his very best creative moments thus far.

8. Sting's Entire AEW Run

Virtually everything about Sting's AEW run was perfect. Sting's arrival during the pandemic was completely unexpected. No reports, and no "Fightful Select understands..." came before his debut at Winter Is Coming on December 2nd, 2020. Just an entrance theme that perfectly captured his vibe and undeniable aura. He sided instantly with Darby Allin and that relationship would blossom across 4 glorious years.

From that moment, there were non-stop incredible moments and matches, as Tony Khan and AEW restored the legacy of an all-time great after WWE did what they could to undermine his brilliance. Moxley and Kingston collectively marked out when in a tag team with him. CM Punk and Darby Allin donned face-paint that paid tribute to Stinger for an iconic AEW Dynamite match against MJF and FTR, and Sting dived off more scaffolding than any sane man should. Everything he did felt awesome.

To cap it all off, Sting had arguably the finest send-off in pro wrestling history. Darby Allin and Sting were a match made in heaven from the start. A young man who has an iron-clad bond with AEW's audience, and a veteran who introduced his daredevil partner to older generations. Teaming up against The Young Bucks at Revolution 2024, Sting went out with a glorious victory in a match that made fans feel emotion in the way that only pro wrestling can.
