8 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Dec 15)

1. Influencing Who, Exactly?

The saga between Tenille Dashwood and Alisha Edwards dragged on another week, as Kaleb with a K and Eddie Edwards accompanied their respective comrades to ringside for a match that literally never needed to happen. Tenille had already pinned Alisha at Final Resolution, so why did 'The Influencer' feel any obligation to repeat her triumph?

What truly makes this a Down, though, is that the match more or less had the exact same finish as what was seen on Saturday night. Alisha became distracted by Kaleb at ringside, going so far as to diving on him after he was pushed in her direction by Dashwood, before she was then struck with a Spotlight Kick for the three count. Really, all we're doing here is replacing Sami Callihan with Kaleb. As a whole, the match stank. Let's not even go into Alisha's screeching vocabulary throughout the contest.

This seriously needs to be the end of the pair's feud. It's continuing without a solid reason and is holding back everyone involved, particularly Tenille Dashwood. Starting the episode with this was the wrong idea, especially when you're coming off the back of a successful Impact Plus special.
