8 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (19 June - Review)

6. The Case For Paul

After blasting Logan Paul, let’s give a bit of credit to adding him to Money in the Bank.

Paul instantly becomes the favorite in the match, so if anyone takes him out, they become the story. If he wins, the briefcase gets a bit of notoriety.

And let’s face it, the last five men’s MITB winners (save for Big E) were largely duds. Brock Lesnar’s run was aggravating for many fans as it was just another vehicle for another world title reign for the Beast. Then you have Otis, Austin Theory and Braun Strowman, who produced a grand total of zero successful cash-ins between them.

So yeah, Logan winning wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. It could reignite his feud with Seth Rollins. He could become a thorn in Cody Rhodes’ side – if he ever finishes the story. Or he could try again to dethrone Roman Reigns.
