4. Rousey Goes/Going Heel?

If Monday night’s crowd is any indication, it’s that while there’s still respect for Ronda Rousey, she’s in The Man’s way, so therefore, she’ll be booed.

Fans chanted and cheered for Becky Lynch before she ever came out, making it tough for Rousey to deliver her pre-match promo, and prompting her to toy with the audience a little, pretending to talk and tossing the mic in her hand.

Afterward, face-to-face with Lynch, Rousey got asked how her leg was doing and then amped herself up, noting she could re-break Becky’s face or even kill her(!) with her bare hands. Ronda said she’s been a household name for a decade and that she owns the ground she walks on.

It was a bold flurry from Rousey, which could hint at a bit of a heel turn, or at least letting more of an edge into her persona, as the smiling babyface waving to fans isn’t going to win her over while she’s matched against Becky.
