We can dissect and critique the decision to have Charlotte win her third Women’s Championship at Hell in a Cell, ending Sasha Banks’ second reign unceremoniously once again. But give the genetically superior superstar some credit: she has been improving her heel persona.

Whereas Charlotte previously just yelled and spoke in a halting, grating manner, she appeared more comfortable Monday night, referring to the audience as peasants and putting down Bayley as someone who was busy about dreaming about making it in WWE while Charlotte was busy living that dream. When she called Bayley “a glorified fan in a Halloween costume,” that insult really stung with fans.

Charlotte has made some strides, and her work should continue to improve. Hats off to the Queen.
