Lets say this upfront: Roman Reigns did a pretty decent job overall on the mic during the Ambrose Asylum talk show.

That being said, Reigns was easily outshined by his former Shield cohorts, with Seth Rollins really nailing the reason why hes coming for the title that he never lost. Rollins gave a heartfelt recollection of the good times with Reigns and Dean Ambrose, then shifted to villain mode and laid into Roman, drawing some serious cheers along the way.

Reigns, meanwhile, delivered a nice line about how Seth likes to call himself The Man, but he needs to beat Roman for the title to earn that moniker. But beyond that, once again there was little substance. It says something when the world champion is involved in one segment on Raw and its at the top of the 9pm hour. It says that WWE isnt completely confident in Reigns as a draw or in how hell be received.

Roman is trying his damndest, and hes not bad at this game, but a 9pm slot for a Shield reunion and world title confrontation speaks volumes here.
