3. Zack Ryder, Stepping Stone

Remember when Zack Ryder shocked the world and won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania XXXII? It feels like a lifetime ago, and it feels like WWE not only wants us to forget, they want us to forget that Ryder is capable of winning.

On one hand, its good to see Long Island Iced Z getting some TV time and even getting backstage segments too. But its also frustrating to see him constantly losing and serving as enhancement talent. Monday, he was a setup guy for Apollo Crews, facing his Money in the Bank opponent, Sheamus.

Ryder hung for a bit in the quick match, but ultimately he fell short. Again.
