After a banner week for the cruiserweight division on Raw brand programming last week, the smaller wrestlers got another shot at continuing their momentum Monday night with tag team action.

TJ Perkins, Akira Tozawa, Brian Kendrick and Tony Nese got a little bit of time to have a decent tag match, with the heels effectively cutting off the ring, Perkins flashing more offense in 30 seconds than he had in the past month on Raw, and Nese getting a rare victory by shoving TJP into Tozawa.

This level of action is still an improvement from the airtime the cruiserweights got on Raw a couple months ago, but it hopefully is a step in the right direction, not the entire progression. But for now, let’s continue to give kudos for overall positive movement.
