As simple as it sounds, defeating John Cena clean at Wrestlemania will be the biggest step into making Rusev a bigger star. If he can get past Cena to continue his streak, it will elevate him to the top tier status on the main roster immediately. It is something the WWE should have done with Bray Wyatt last year, but didn't for whatever reason they decided with. It's not enough to just get the win, but he should get it clean with a pin and no interference. It is something that is rarely done in feuds with John Cena. It didn't even happen in the Brock Lesnar feud. Cena got smoked at Summerslam, but looked like he was going to win at Night Of Champions before Rollins interfered. In the feud with Bray Wyatt, Cena won the feud, and Wyatt's win at Extreme Rules was not a pin, it was escaping the cage. So when Cena feuds with Rusev, it is imperative to have Rusev pin him clean on the biggest stage of them all. If this happens, Rusev's stock skyrockets. As always, thank you for reading my articles!
