8 Wrestlers AEW Should Fear Losing To WWE

If Triple H fulfils the expectations that many have for him, the WWE women’s division is about to potentially go through a renaissance. There is empirical evidence that Mr Levesque cares about booking women right. AEW, on the other hand, seem to have yet figured this one out. They’ve had their moments but it’s not the company’s clearest strength.

Thus, many underutilised female stars may be swayed by WWE. Especially those who have never been there before... because the grass may certainly appear greener.

Leyla Hirsch hasn’t been in AEW long - officially becoming #AllElite in May 2021 - but she's risen up the ranks with background stories with Red Velvet and Kris Statlander. There’s no point rushing Legit Leyla into a prominent position before she’s ready, but the promise she’s shown is strong and she has her own niche in the division, standing at 4’11”, as a half-pint of nimble fury.

At just 25 years old, Hirsch has her whole career ahead of her and she would do well to sit under the learning tree of AEW and hone her craft. When she becomes the complete package though, WWE is sure to come calling. With her background at CZW and wXw, plus Russian heritage, Hirsch’s tough as nails persona is the kind of thing that WWE could craft into a legit badass.

The success of the first woman to jump from AEW to WWE could open the floodgates...
