4. Sable

Sable was THE diva off the Attitude Era. There was no shortage of buxom women during that period, but Sable was undoubtedly the most popular of the lot. Her 1999 cover issue of Playboy was the biggest selling issue of all time. Despite being terrible on the microphone and not much of a wrestler, fans didn't care. She had a charisma and a look that they were instantly drawn to and she played up her sex symbol status. Sable's decision to leave the WWF in June 1999 was shocking for many fans. She was riding high with the most popular wrestling company in the world. Her popularity had gone to her head though and she was unpopular with many of her colleagues backstage. So unpopular, in fact, that Sean 'X-Pac' Waltman defecated in her travel bag during her last day with the company. Considering the way her colleagues were treating her, it is not surprising that she filed a $110m lawsuit against the WWF after she left the company, citing sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions. Vince, being the mature man that he is, counter-sued Sable for the use of her stage name. Sable reduced the amount she was asking for in the lawsuit and they settled out-of-court. Sable reportedly received a decent amount of change from Vince. She returned to the WWE in 2003 and was heavily featured for the next year but eventually left, on good terms this time, to spend more time with fiancée Brock Lesnar.
