By all accounts, Dixie Carter is basically out of power in TNA. She remains on in a figurehead position, but without any sort of real control. This is news to celebrate! She’s led a creatively inept product, made incredibly bad hiring decisions time-and-time again and has been at the top of a promotion that is notorious for not paying their talent on time. So anything is a step up...right?

The Fight Network has swooped in, and for some reason has decided that adding TNA to their portfolio was a wise business decision. While things have already been incredibly rocky for this acquisition, as they’ve had to pay off a lot of debt already, Fight is looking at the long-term game. Perhaps they’ll be able to get TNA up and running, and placed into a money-making position in the future. It’s going to take a lot of work, and there are still many unknowns, but the fact that they actually have money and have created a successful platform for themselves means that there is some hope.

With Billy Corgan out of the picture (after his financial concerns are addressed, anyway) there’s going to be some major changes in TNA very soon. While many were hoping for the rockstar to land the company, this is still a positive thing for them overall, and a move that shouldat the very leastprolong their existence for some time.

Here are nine things to expect from TNA’s change in ownership.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
