AEW: Ranking Every 2020 Signing's Run From Best To Worst
15. The Acclaimed
"The Five Tool Player" Anthony Bowens and "Platinum" Max Caster both signed with AEW in November and have made quite the splash in a short period of time.
Anthony - who you might remember as a jobber who got his head bashed in by the Authors of Pain on an episode of NXT in 2016 - and Max - son of Superbowl Champion Rich Caster - were put together by Tony Khan, who was a huge fan of the two youngsters.
Since forming the Acclaimed, Bowens and Caster have lost just two matches, one of which was an AEW Tag Team Championship bout against the Young Bucks. Despite this loss, the Acclaimed have still had a very good year, including a victory on Dynamite over the popular duo of Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian of SoCal Uncensored.
Management have big plans for the Acclaimed, and this mini-programme with The Bucks might be the start of that. They've only been part of AEW for a matter of weeks, but the Acclaimed have already set out their stall in the promotion.
