Former WWE broadcaster Renee Paquette debuted her new podcast, Oral Sessions, yesterday, welcoming husband Jon Moxley as her first guest.

The episode saw Paquette and Moxley touch on all kinds of topics relating to the AEW World Champion's wrestling career and much, much more (don't ask about his library story). One of the most interesting points came from Mox's comments on his future in the business, as he revealed that while he would love to keep going until he's 50 years old, he plans on reassessing things over the next few years.

Here's what Moxley had to say (h/t POST Wrestling):-

"I can feel my physical window. Not that it’s closing, but I can feel the distance now. I’m not gonna say I can feel it closing but I’m aware of it now and I wanna keep it open and extend and I wanna be able to wrestle as long as I possibly can. I would like to be 50 and wrestle. If we had kids, I would like them to be able and come see me wrestle and I like to do physical stuff. So, over the next year or two, I’ll make a — I’ll just kind of see where I’m at physically and make a decision. This whole pandemic situation really changed the year and made it a lot less busy for me."

A wrestler of 16 years, Moxley first stepped through the ropes in 2004 and likely has mileage on his body from his early deathmatch days, the brutal WWE road schedule, and the high-impact nature of his biggest AEW matches. Wrestling at 50 is a lofty goal, so let's hope he's able to hit it.
