AJ Styles Is Steve Austin's Next WWE Network Podcast Guest - Night After Money In The Bank
The Stone Cold Podcast is about to get Phenomenal.
After taking a brief sabbatical last month to allow Mick Foley to interview Shane McMahon, Stone Cold Steve Austin will return to the WWE Network the night after WWE Money in the Bank for another Stone Cold Podcast.
Immediately following RAW on June 20th the network will turn to Austin, who will conduct what is sure to be another fascinating interview full of slightly awkward questions and mutual respect.
Austin's guest in Phoenix, Arizona on the 20th? None other than 'The Phenomenal One', AJ Styles.
Styles takes on John Cena at Money in the Bank in what is being billed as a dream match, and it is pretty hard to disagree with that description. Austin's podcasts have generally been intriguing from the get-go, but Styles' route to the company makes this more curious than most. It's a must-see for sure.
On a side note, how surreal has AJ Styles' year been? From a MOTYC against Shinsuke Nakamura at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 10, to a surprise appearance in the Royal Rumble, a WrestleMania match against Chris Jericho and WWE Championship opportunities against Roman Reigns, it has been one heck of a six months for the Phenomenal One.
