9. Mandy Rose
With only 12 women holding the NXT Women's Championship, Mandy Rose is by far the most shocking person to hold the title. After a less than stellar first run in NXT, and becoming a regular fixture on the main roster, fans were surprised to see Otis' former girlfriend pop back up on the black and gold brand. Since her re-debut in NXT, Mandy has drastically changed her look, and picked up running buddies in Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.
On top of all the changes to the former Tough Enough competitor's presentation, nothing could have prepared the NXT Universe for what was to come. With a slight assist from Dakota Kai, the Toxic Attraction leader defeated Raquel Gonzalez to win the NXT Women's Championship; her first title in WWE. Since then Mandy has dominated the NXT women's division, seeing the brand through its transition from black and gold to NXT 2.0.
On top of leading her team into WarGames last November, Mandy has defeated Raquel, Cora Jade, Kay Lee Ray, and Dakota Kai across several title defenses. With a reign over 170 days, Toxic Attraction has left the NXT Universe wondering who will take down Mandy Rose.
