As a member of the iconic Four Horsewomen of NXT, and one half of NXT's two greatest women's rivalries, it may be a surprise to see Sasha Banks this low on the list. Despite a reign of 191 days, which is nothing to scoff at, that is still in the bottom half among the 12 NXT Women's Champions.

Sasha Banks arrived in NXT and quickly transitioned from smiling, happy to be there babyface, into The Boss that we all know and love. After failing to dethrone Charlotte on three separate occasions, Sasha would finally pin The Queen and win the NXT Women's Championship in the only Fatal Four-Way match featuring all of NXT's Four Horsewomen. After winning the championship, The Boss would defend her title against a newly debuted Alexa Bliss, Charlotte and a star-making match against Becky Lynch.

Despite nearing the end of her time as NXT Women's Champion, the true highlight of Sasha's time on top of NXT was her rivalry with Bayley. Taking the best heel and babyface in the history of NXT's women's division was a recipe for success and they delivered with one of the best matches in the black and gold brand's history. At Takeover: Brooklyn Bayley would defeat Sasha in an instant classic, ending the title reign of The Boss shortly before ascending to Monday Night Raw.
