All WWE Horror Movies Ranked Worst To... Less Bad
1. Mohawk
Mohawk is a curiosity on this list, as various press outlets (and even varying pages within Wikipedia) appear to disagree on WWE Studios' relationship with the film. Some name them as a distributor, while others claim no affiliation whatsoever.
Assuming WWE did play a hand in the film's distribution, it would be their best-received horror effort to date. The film tells a compelling revenge story, and mostly appears to understand its message about the horrors of war.
Set during the War of 1812, the film views almost all of its characters through a sympathetic lens despite their various violent histories. The film also earns some points by casting Kaniehtiio Horn, an actress with real Mohawk descent, as its lead.
Were it not for the film's visibly low production value and some very cringe-worthy acting by both the villains and a number of the Native American bit characters, Mohawk might actually have been a great film by virtue of Horn's excellent performance alone.
Unfortunately, it'll have to settle for merely being among the better selections on a list of films chock-full of fresh ideas soured by ineffective execution.
