As previously posted, Stephanie McMahon has taken a leave of absence from WWE; though this is distinct from an outright exit, and Stephanie maintains that she looks forward to returning after taking time to focus on her family, there is no timetable in place. Various WWE wrestlers have reacted to the news.

Johnny Gargano, who developed a close working relationship with Paul Levesque during his time in NXT, tweeted the following:

Further, selected well wishes were also extended by Adam Pearce, Kayla Braxton, Sean Waltman, the Bollywood Boyz, Mandy Rose, Carmella, Zoey Stark, and the great Titus O'Neil.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics has confirmed, per "multiple people in WWE," that Nick Khan will be taking over "most" of Stephanie's duties in her absence.
