The unrestrained vocal anger and his getting in the young female's face is a line most heels wouldn't cross. That sort of language certainly wouldn't have flown in the WWE and even in the indies it was pretty shocking to hear. Going nose to nose with a young girl who came to cheer the faces and boo the heels, and you call her a "f***ing moron"? Even the commentator points out that Punk may have taken things too far, noting "these people are the backbone of what goes on in this building." As usual, Punk can get away with it, he can explain it away as his heel character. It's a case of having to decide where fiction stops and reality begin. The margins between telling a story and being genuinely insulting are so blurred in the modern era.
